Handling Time
2-3 business days
Orders received after 05:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time ) from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the next day. There is no shipping on Sunday.
When the product is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number/link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Transit Time
The estimated delivery time through free standard shipping is 10-14 business days to the United Kingdom and the United States. All our orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Mainland China.
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs/postal delays or current-day supply chain issues. In any case, where we anticipate a delay or become aware of a delay, we will communicate to the best of our ability. And ensure the smoothest process possible.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
